A podcast for your next summer walk

2-minute read

How are you, really, Reader?

I’ve been offline more than usual lately.

Intentionally slowing down. After a few months filled with travel, teaching, and wonderful (and full) moments, I’m craving a quiet August. One that feels spacious.

Sometimes life nudges us, softly or not-so-softly 🤪 to pause.

When that happens… how do you respond?

If you’re in the mood for something gentle to accompany a walk, a train ride, or just some quiet time with your tea, Reader, here’s something you might like:

🎧 I was recently a guest on the Inner Landscapes podcast, a soulful conversation hosted by the lovely Alice and Martyna.

We spoke about presence, mindfulness, uncertainty, and joy.

The question that guided our conversation was:

How can we become more present, and less attached to our thoughts, the past, or the future?

We wove in personal stories, Buddhist philosophy, grounding practices, and how mindfulness can become a way of being, not just something we do.

And to close, I guided a 5-minute meditation you can return to anytime.

🌞 Summer Yoga in Walthamstow (London, E17)

If you’re local to London, I’d love to welcome you to one of these in-person sessions this August:

🎓 Mindfulness Coaching Certification (Starting September)

If coaching is your path, one of my favourite courses is open for registration.

This course dives into what it means to coach from a deeper, more grounded place, where your full presence becomes your greatest tool.

We’ll explore:

🧠 The inner work of the coach, because we can only meet our clients to the depth we’ve met ourselves
🌱 How to bring our “three levels of self” into our conversations, felt experience, emotional truth, and inner observer
📿 How to treat our present experience as data

Important: This isn’t an introduction to coaching.

It’s for those who already have a base in coaching and mindfulness and are ready to go deeper. If that’s you, just hit reply, and I am happy to send you more details.

Thank you for reading all the way down here.
