The world needs your best, most centered, and most aware self Reader.
We keep hearing that "just 3 breaths before a meeting" can do wonders. β But honestly, in my experience, it doesn't. β You might have tried those 3 breaths before a meeting and found it changed absolutely nothing. Maybe you even concluded that this mindfulness stuff is BS, Reader. π€·ββοΈ
Me still hating Jakob from Accounting after 3 breaths
Don't get me wrong Reader, every little bit counts, and it's important to make these tools accessible! β But sometimes, it feels like we're trying to squeeze mindfulness into a tiny box, just to make it fit into our chronically crazy-busy, always-on-the-go careers. β In my experience, interesting stuff starts happening when we make time to truly understand and experience it. It's about simplifying it and diving deep, not just skimming the surface. β And the transformation I experience every day isn't just "feeling a little less stressed." It's about cracking my mind wide open, again and again, and fundamentally shifting the way I lead and live. β β That's the kind of mindfulness I'd love to explore with you, Reader. β βIf you like the idea of going beyond the buzzwords on social media posts and diving deeper, I'd love for you to join us.

FREE Mindfulness Training for Leaders and Changemakers
If you're receiving this newsletter you, like me, believe that leaders and changemakers who operate from a place of presence, clarity, and compassion can create a more positive and sustainable world.
This training reflects a personal journey I've been on.
For the past 10 years, I've immersed myself in the secular mindfulness tradition.
Recently, I've found myself asking questions like:
How does mindfulness truly fit within the Buddhist tradition?
How much of what we see is diluted or distorted by "telephone game" translations and Western adaptations?
How much of it is the real thing?
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have years of experience, this training will offer fresh perspectives.
For those new to the topic, it will be an introduction close to the source. For those experienced, it will provide new lenses to watch your practice through. β
